The texture is exactly the vintage linen feel I was hoping for—soft right out of the package, not scratchy at all. I’ve washed it twice already and it’s only getting more comfortable, plus the white stayed bright without any pilling.
Washed it the first time and it came out even softer than when it arrived—that pre-washed flax is no joke. I've been sleeping under it for a week now and the white finish looks crisp but feels broken-in, like a favorite hotel sheet that's already lived in.
The texture is what got me—it's got that rumpled, lived-in feel right out of the bag, and after three washes it's somehow even softer. I actually look forward to making the bed now, and the white is crisp without being stark.
