The fabric has that lovely, slightly textured feel of real European flax, and it drapes beautifully over the table without looking stiff. I’ve already spilled red wine on it twice and it washed out completely, which is huge for a light color like sage.
The sage color is exactly what I wanted for spring dinners, and the linen feels substantial yet breathable. Since it's pre-washed, it came out of the dryer ready to use with barely a wrinkle in sight.
The wrinkles fell right out after one quick iron, and the 100% European flax has that perfect casual drape that makes weeknight dinners feel a little fancier. It's already survived two spills without showing a mark, which is more than I can say for my old cotton one.
