The 550gsm weight gives it a nice heft, and it really does dry faster than my old cotton ones. My face feels less irritated after using it.
Finally, a washcloth that doesn't stay damp for hours. The 550gsm linen is dense enough to lather well but dries noticeably faster than my old cotton ones, and the neat hem keeps it from fraying.
