The weight of the flax linen is perfect—light enough to throw over a swimsuit but still substantial enough to feel like a real cover-up. I’ve washed it twice already and the frayed edges actually look better each time, no pilling or weird shrink.
The hemstitch detailing is such a subtle touch, but it gives the whole thing a more polished look than your typical beach cover-up. I wrapped it as a dress for a dinner and then wore it as a sarong the next day, and the flax linen just gets softer with every wear.
The fabric feels incredibly breathable against my skin, which is exactly what I wanted for hot beach days. It's light but not flimsy, and the frayed edges give it a nice relaxed look that dresses up or down easily.
