The envelope closure lies flat against my head, no lumpy buttons digging in while I sleep. Even after a few washes, the sand color hasn't faded and the pre-washed linen stays soft without getting that stiff, crunchy feel.
The linen has that perfectly broken-in feel right out of the package, and the sand color is even warmer in person. I washed them once and they came out soft, with no wrinkles I care about.
